Amitabh Bachchan-Ayushmann Khurrana's Gulabo Sitabo Skips Theatre Release; Khurrana Confirms Amazon Prime Premiere On THIS Date
Here's a little something to rejoice about amid such stressful times like the Coronavirus pandemic. From a very long time, the internet was abuzz with speculations of many upcoming Bollywood films releasing directly on the OTT platforms instead of the big screen. The list also included Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushmann Khurrana's Gulabo Sitabo, helmed by Shoojit Sircar. Well, that has indeed turned out to be true, as taking to their social media accounts; the film's team confirmed the news along with its latest poster. Gulabo Sitabo will premiere on Amazon Prime on June 12.

The fancy poster sees Amitabh Bachchan as an old man, while Khurrana looked a bit curious about something. His caption read, "Advance mein aapko book kar rahe hai! Gulabo Sitabo premieres this June 12 only on @primevideoin aa jaana fir, first day, first stream karne #GiboSiboOnPrime #WorldPremiereOnPrime." Big B, on the other hand wrote, "Ek izzatdaar janaab aur uske anokhe kirayedar ki kahaani. Gulabo Sitabo premieres June 12 only on @PrimeVideoIN."

The film revolves around the antics of an old man and his tenant. With such a quirky first look poster, we can't wait to see the film already!
